I help companies get more from the software they already run: faster, more reliable, and ready for AI.

I work directly with clients and engineers on architecture, technical decisions and delivery. I start with the business: what you need to achieve, and where time, money or customers are being lost today. Then I propose a clear plan, with AI only where it genuinely pays off.

Over two decades I have built SaaS platforms, mobile apps and integrations for companies in Sweden, Norway, the UK, Saudi Arabia and the US. Most of them stayed for years. At Ventla I spent more than a decade, from engineer to CTO.
